Addicted twin sisters, Sarah and Tecoa, check back in with Dr. Phil after four months of drug rehabilitation. Which twin is cleaning up and which twin is still shooting up?

Four months ago, 25-year-old twin sisters, Sarah and Tecoa, moved into The Dr. Phil House to detox from their addictions to crack and heroin. Tecoa was pregnant, and Sarah was on the verge of death. Dr. Phil sent them to two separate rehabilitation facilities, so they could learn to stand on their own two feet. Months have passed since the sisters last saw each other.

Dr. Phil meets with Tecoa first. “You just look great. I mean, you just look so clear. So you’re feeling good?”

“I am,” she says.

“Are you proud of all the hard work you’ve done?”

“I’m very proud of what I’ve done. It’s not easy,” she says.

“And Tecoa, this is a process,” Dr. Phil reminds her. “And we never want a relapse, we never want a set back, but we understand this is not necessarily a success-only journey.”

“Well, I seriously want this. I don’t want to go back to where I was,” she says.
