Dr. Phil turns to Tiffany. "You say, ‘She's kind of an outcast because we're all married, and she's not,'" he observes.

"She comes home for the holidays, and me and my other sister want to do stuff with our kids, bring our families together, and she's the single one. It's kind of hard to involve her and not leave her out when she doesn't have a family or kids," she explains.

Dr. Phil doesn't buy her excuses. "You don't have enough to do," he says wryly.

"How's your life working?" he asks Stephanie. "Don't you have hobbies and things you do? You love your life?"

"I'm very happy. I have a lot of friends. I'm in a graduate program. I graduate in the spring with my master's degree. I'm happy," she replies.
