Nineteen-year-old Austin Harrouff has been dubbed the “cannibal killer” by the media after being accused of murdering a couple and tearing the flesh off one victim’s face and abdomen with his teeth. Police claim that on the night of August 15, 2016, Harrouff turned into a brutal, superhuman killer who violently attacked 59-year-old John Stevens and his wife Michelle Mishcon while they sat in their garage while watching TV – and then attacked a neighbor who was trying to save the couple’s lives.

“He’s always been the kindest, caring kid I’ve ever seen. He always wanted to help people,” Dr. Harrouff tells Dr. Phil in an exclusive sit-down interview airing on Dr. Phil on Wednesday.
