Woman Claims Daughter Was Illegally Adopted: ‘I Would Give My Life If I Could Just See Her Again’

          February 18, 2016

In 2008, 15-year-old Olivia was homeless and living in a car with her mom, Julia, her 12-year-old sister, Phoebe, and her newborn daughter Evelyn. After being found by authorities, Julia says Olivia and Phoebe were taken and placed into foster care – and soon thereafter, Olivia claims her infant daughter was illegally taken from her by authorities and placed for adoption.

For the past five years, Olivia says she has been fighting to see Evelyn – and now, she and her family say they are turning to Dr. Phil for advice, as Olivia and Julia claim Evelyn’s adoptive mother, Jyllian, is an unfit mother.

“This woman is the most immature, stupid, retarded, ugly person I’ve ever met in my life,” Olivia screams of Jyllian, also claiming that Jyllian “manipulated the adoption by lying to Child Protective Services about who she was.”

“I think she is a pathological liar and a horrible role model for my daughter,” Olivia adds. “When I see Jyllian in her photos, I don’t see a mother. I see a party girl… She looks like a stripper.”

Olivia claims that during the adoption proceedings, she met Jyllian, who assured her she would always keep Evelyn in her life – an alleged promise which Olivia says has not come to fruition, despite her attempts to call and email Jyllian over the years.

“I would give my life if I could just see her again, if I could hold her, if I could love her,” Olivia says of Evelyn, who is now 7 years old. “I wish Jyllian could know how much this hurts. I just want to love my daughter.”
