Woman Who Claims Her Daughter Was Illegally Adopted Calls Adoptive Mom ‘Provocative’ Party Girl

          July 18, 2016

In 2008, 15-year-old Olivia was homeless and living in a car with her mom, Julia, her 12-year-old sister, Phoebe, and her newborn daughter, Evelyn. After being found by authorities, Julia says Olivia and Phoebe were taken and placed into foster care – and soon thereafter, Olivia claims her infant daughter was illegally taken from her by authorities and placed for adoption.

“I went to court, and I was terrified,” Olivia claims. She says she met her daughter’s adoptive mom, Jyllian, whom she says pretended to console her. “She was like, ‘You know, if anything happens, I promise you, I will always keep her in your life. I promise,’” Olivia claims. “I cannot tell you, Dr. Phil, I held on to those words.”

Jyllian adamantly denies making any such promise to Olivia. “After the adoption, it was my choice to not have any contact with Olivia. It was 100 percent up to me,” Jyllian says. “I wasn’t going to have a mother, biological or not, in and out of my child’s life.”

Olivia claims that for the last five years, she has been fighting to see Evelyn, but claims Jyllian has ignored her attempts to make contact. Wanting to know how her daughter is doing, Olivia says she began to search for Jyllian on the Internet, and she says what she discovered leads her believe that Jyllian is an unfit mother.
