Creating Positive Labels
Today we're talking about labels and life momentum when it comes to losing weight. We watch what we do in this life. We observe ourselves just like we were watching somebody else, and based on what we see ourselves do, we generate labels. One of the problems is that the diet industry is full of so many fad diets that don't work that so many of us have watched ourselves fail and fail and fail again. So the label is "I can't do it." We tend to compare our reality to other people's social masks. We know what our shortcomings are. We know how we fail to control things and we look at other people putting their best foot forward and we come away feeling inadequate. Don't do that. You live to your labels which are not positive. Reject those and decide you're going to reprogram your life responsibly to get the goals you want.
