Focus While You Eat
If you're eating while you're reading this or while you watch TV, STOP! Eating while you're watching TV may be costing you 20 to 30 pounds every single year.
Research shows that if we eat while we're watching TV or reading or visiting with somebody else, we get real mindless about it. And so, what we do is, we just keep eating while we're watching the television, and, surprisingly enough, the faster paced the show, the faster we eat.
So if you're eating and reading this right now, either the computer or your food has to go!
