Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone
We're talking today about what I call a comfort zone. Ask yourself: Are YOU in a comfort zone? Inertia is really powerful. It can cause you to bog down. It's an invisible force that can put up a fence around you and feel like a weight on your chest keeping you from moving from where you are to where you want to be. The truth is it's just easier not to change.
The problem is days turn into weeks, weeks turn into months and, before you know it, your lifetime is gone. You've got to decide that you want to work for what you want instead of what you don't want and, trust me, it takes action to get it. Whether it's your weight, your health, your family, your relationships, you need to make a plan. When you set a goal, be careful that it's something realistic and attainable. If it's about your weight, make sure you're not kidding yourself. You're not a kid anymore. Take action. You'll love the results.
