1,000 Women: The New Set

Dr. Phil wanted to give the set a makeover so he took matters into his own hands. He put on his gear over the summer and got to work. "I don't know where everybody else is. I know how to do all this, but of course at this pace, it's going to take forever," he jokes.

It took 3,000 light bulbs, 15 miles of cable, 8,490 boards, 12,500 nails, 32,000 staples, 517 gallons of paint, eight painters, 10

grips, four plasterers, 15 prop makers, 156 saws, four show laborers, 312 screw guns, 780 hammers, and 64 days to get it all done.

"I want to give a big thank you to all the people who really made all of this happen," says Dr. Phil. He shows off his favorite new toy: the giant curved screen TV " the biggest in existence on daytime TV.
