Robin greets the audience in the holding area. "How's everybody doing? I'm here today because, as a fellow audience member, I think your fun really starts the minute you get here. I've decided we need to do a makeover in this holding area, don't you think?" The audience cheers. "I want you to feel like you've come into our home. Picture: nicer chairs, I want to redo the carpet, cheer up this room by changing the drapes, I'm thinking we need a nice coffee bar, update the TV monitors, something really, really nice."
