Dear Dr. Phil,
I want to thank you for everything that you have done for me and my family. I was dealing with so much anxiety and panic that I felt like it could never get better. I'll never forget sitting on stage, and you telling me, ‘You are not crazy. You have anxiety, and it can be controlled.' I used to go outside and pace in circles in the backyard or perch on top of my children's swing set. Now the only ones who run laps in our backyard are our dogs. I don't obsessively clean my daughters anymore.
Thank you so much for giving me my life back!
"You look terrific. How are you feeling?" Dr. Phil asks Kim.
"I feel great, and I can honestly say I feel great. I hid behind not feeling great for so long," she says.
"She really is different on a day-to-day basis?" Dr. Phil asks her husband, Todd.
Dr. Phil thanks the PNP Center and Steven Crouch, the therapist working with Kim. They discovered that her anxiety stemmed from the death of her baby two years ago.
