"I can't believe it!" says Maureen, a mother of three who has reached her goal weight by following the Weight Loss Challenge from home. She's lost 70 pounds, and dropped from a size 20 to a 10 in five months. Now, she's got her whole family eating healthier, and makes it a priority to get to the gym four to five times a week.
She tells Dr. Phil, "You've inspired me to lose weight and change my life," and reminds others who are not yet at their goal weight to "take it one day at a time."
