Dr. Needle is also an Adjunct Professor of Psychology in the Department of Behavioral Sciences at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Needle is the Director of Health Information Services for Positive Friends, sits on the Board of the Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness, and is the founder and CEO of the Advanced Mental Health Training Institute.
