Dr. Phil speaks with guests who say they can't take it anymore, and something has to change!
Rob and Kara have seven children, including 5-year-old twins. One of the twins was diagnosed with a rare hearing disorder, and they say his screaming and other bad behaviors rules the household. While providing for their son's special needs, the couple feels they've missed out on time with their other kids. Dr. Phil drills down on the main mistake this family is making.
Rob and Kara say they wanted a big family but had no idea how seven kids, including one with a disability, would affect their marriage. They say the communication has ended " except for arguing " and they live basically as roommates.
