Dr. Phil’s Two Deal Breakers In A Marriage
Cassie says life in her house is a mess, and she blames her 15-year-old daughter, Brinley. She says the teen smokes marijuana, gets into fights and sneaks out. However, Cassie’s husband, Jonah, uses drugs and alcohol to excess and has accidentally put their younger children in harm’s way while he’s been intoxicated.
“As a parent, you have an undivided loyalty to your children,” Dr. Phil tells Cassie. “If you have a spouse, you have a partner that is behaving in a counterproductive, destructive way, and you have to decide, am I going to make sacrifices here at the expense of my children? That is not a hard decision. Your children come first.”
Will Cassie choose her husband or her children? Find out on Monday’s episode, "Cassie’s Choice: Husband or Children?" Check local listings to see where you can watch.
