International Couple Seeking U.S. Visa For Husband Quizzed: How Well Do They Know Each Other?
David, who lives in Nigeria and married his American wife, Sherry, two years ago, claims he was turned down twice when applying for a U.S. visa, and says that when he applied a third time – through a travel agent instead of an immigration attorney - his latest visa turned out to be a fake.
Sherry says she stopped talking to David for three months after learning that the visa she claims to have paid $1,600 for was bogus. She says after two years and thousands of dollars spent trying to get David to the U.S., she strongly suspects that the man she calls her husband might be scamming her. David adamantly denies the allegation.
Watch the video above to find out how Sherry and David each responded to a series of questions about their relationship. How many of their answers match? And later, the couple is introduced to an immigration attorney who gives his take on David’s visa issues.
