A Warning for Sarah
Find out who will continue in the Weight Loss Challenge.Dr. Phil: Didn't you tell me that your entire life the thing you absolutely hate the most about yourself is procrastination?

Sarah: True.

Dr. Phil: That's your life flow, that's your momentum, that's your definition. How long have you been doing that?

Sarah: Forever.

Dr. Phil: How did you get away with that?

Sarah: I don't know, I just did. I just skimmed by.

Dr. Phil: Did your parents just let you slide by?

Sarah: I guess.

When Dr. Phil introduces his surprise guests, Sarah is shocked.

Sarah's mom admits that she's let her daughter get away with procrastination all her life. "And she's still doing it," she adds.

"Well she's about to stop," Dr. Phil tells her. "Are you worried about her?"

"Sure, coming from an overweight parent I feel responsible," she says.

"Do you support Sarah being in this program? What do y'all want me to do with her?" Dr. Phil asks.

"Besides that can of 'whoop-ass?' I think she needs somebody really tough."

Then, Dr. Phil turns to Sarah: "You're not getting into this process. I can kick you out. You're not even making what I believe to be a concerted effort. You didn't come up with the homework and you said a moving van ran over it!"

Dr. Phil tells Sarah: It's a lot of work. But it's doable and you're not doing the doing. If you're going to stay involved in this deal, you're going to have to get your butt in gear and there is nowhere to hide. If your idea is to avoid this like you do everything else in your life, you ought to get out now because I ain't going to let you do it....If you stay in this program, you're going to have to stand up and be mature enough to program your life for success. Are we clear?"

Sarah: Crystal.

Dr. Phil: You want to plug in or your want to walk out?

Sarah: I'm in.

Dr. Phil: We'll see. The clock is ticking on you.
