Debbi's belief is that scheduling the first appointment is often the hardest part of therapy. Being sensitive to her clients needs she provides a safe, non-judgmental, comfortable, and confidential environment. With over 23 years of experience in the mental health field, coupled with her personal life experience, clients find that she is; understanding, empathic, compassionate, and quick to connect with them and their situation. Debbi's diverse experience working with individuals and families has taught her that therapy techniques are like clothing; one size does not fit all. She works with each client to determine which therapeutic technique fits best for them and then tailors their treatment for that perfect fit. Using a variety of techniques, Debbi works with her clients to help them approach their personal issues, and find "their" answers.

As well as maintaining her individual, couple, and child counseling practice, Debbi is a sought after crisis/trauma responder. During the past 23 years she has responded to local and national crisis situations and disasters, including; 9/11 New York City, Katrina, and the North Dakota Floods. She delivers on site critical incident stress management to victims and provides management consultations regarding crisis in the workplace and resumption of services. She provides executive management consultations, and has developed and implemented crisis response programming for CEO's of national and international Fortune companies, military and governmental officials, communities, schools and universities, as well as locally owned small businesses . She has also developed and implemented counseling programs for six schools, (K-8). Founder/Executive
