Candace Owens Claims Affirmative Action Policies Are ‘Harmful’ To The People They ‘Purport’ To Help
Political commentator and activist Candace Owens says America needs to re-examine affirmative action policies because she believes they do more harm than good.
"The policies are harmful also to the people they purport to help, and we have all of the evidence there to look at," Owens claims on Wednesday’s episode of Dr. Phil, "Discrimination: A Two-Way Street?" "These policies have never helped Black Americans; it’s, just, basically, policies that are put in place to make people feel good."
On Wednesday, Dr. Phil delves into the topic of discrimination with Owens, Dr. Pascarella, Dr. Wood, conservative author and TV host Danielle D’Souza Gill, PragerU podcast host Amala Ekpunobi, and comedian Tyler Fischer. Check local listings to see where you can watch.
