Sky claims her husband, Josh, has been physically abusive. She also claims that he faked injuries during an argument just to get her arrested for domestic violence.

TELL DR. PHIL YOUR STORY: Family Feud?

Josh admits to having been physical with Sky in the past but denies he “set her up” for an arrest.

“I thought Sky going to jail would teach her a lesson,” he says conceding, “I made it seem worse than it really was.”

Sky claims that while she was in jail, Josh ”stole her identity” so he could open up credit cards in her name, and that he attempted to drain her bank account.

“I took money from her credit cards and went gambling,” admits Josh. He says he was hoping “to win enough money for us to buy a place once she got out.” Does Josh say he regrets his actions? Tune in to Tuesday’s Dr. Phil.
