Woman Claims She Did Not Know About Boyfriend’s Past Molestation Court Findings When She Let Him Move In With Her And Her Kids

          May 19, 2016

Kristina says it was “love at first sight” when she met her boyfriend, Jayson. Two weeks later, she says, Jayson moved in with her and her two sons.

What Kristina claims she didn’t know was that, after he was found to have sexually molested two of his kids, Jayson had lost his parental rights to his four children from a previous relationship.

“Jayson told me that he had lost the rights to his four children because of his ex-wife being neglectful,” Kristina says.

Although he adamantly denies the findings against him, Jayson contends he was forthcoming with Kristina about why he was stripped of his parental rights.

“I don’t know if she’s lying or doesn’t remember, but I did show her the paperwork from CPS,” Jayson claims.
Kristina admits that Jayson gave her paperwork from court and from CPS when he first moved in – but she says she looked at them, yet never saw the details on the sexual allegations.

“At the beginning, it doesn’t talk about the sexual abuse and things like that,” she tells Dr. Phil. “I just never got to the sexual allegations. For whatever reason … If I would have, he wouldn’t have been in my house.”

In May 2015, Kristina got pregnant with Jayson’s baby. But little did she know, she would soon be forced to choose between her newborn son and the man she loved, as CPS showed up at the hospital after she gave birth and insisted Jayson leave the hospital immediately so as not to be around the child, as they had deemed he was a threat based on the past findings.

“CPS gave me a choice. They said if I don’t sign the piece of paper that would keep Jayson out of my son’s life, they would have to take custody of all three of my children,” Kristina says. “Jayson hasn’t seen his son now for two-and-a-half months.”
