Dr. Phil continues his work with sisters, Marita and Katrina, who struggle to find closure on their traumatic childhood. They were sexually abused by their stepfather for years and say their mother, Kathy, knew what was happening and failed to protect them. They say she even stood by him when he was on trial for the abuse. It's been 16 years since he was sent to jail. Will Kathy finally give them the sincere apology they're hoping for? Will they forgive her?
