We've all seen it in the headlines and even within our own families " innocent children being caught in the crossfire of bitter custody battles. Dr. Phil steps in to speak on behalf of the kids whose voices are not heard.


Should They Move?
Heidi and Will have recently divorced and she wants to take their three children and move to Alaska. Will wants her to stay put.

Twelve-year-old Dillon is caught in the middle between his grandmother, Robin, who raised him, and his mother, Jamie, who is desperate to regain custody.

Model Bridget Marks' battle made the headlines when she had to hand over her twin daughters to their biological father after a court deemed that she falsely accused him of molestation.
