Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange your item within 30 days from delivery date of your order. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not cover shipping fees for returns or exchanges (even if merchandise is shipped incorrectly), unless the merchandise is defective or damaged.

Several types of goods are nonreturnable and nonexchangeable. Perishable goods such as food or flowers, or newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned or exchanged. You also may not return or exchange products that are or contain intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Other products that are nonreturnable and nonexchangeable include gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged; unfortunately, sale items or “as-is” items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason.

If you wish to exchange your item, send us an email at CustomerService@teamjonas.com with the details of your exchange. Then, send your item to:

Please allow up to [INSERT AMOUNT OF DAYS/WEEKS] for processing of your return or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, subject to our discretion:

  • Book with signs of use

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery of your order

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card or other form of payment account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and you wish to return your item, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Policy Overview

  • Returns and exchanges made pursuant to this policy are accepted within 30 days of order delivery to customer.

  • Shipping fees are not covered for merchandise without damage or defectiveness, or merchandise that is shipped incorrectly.

  • Clothing that has been washed or worn will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Music, media, and accessories must be unopened, unused, and in condition as received.

International Shipping (if applicable)

International orders do not include applicable taxes and duty fees during checkout. The shipping fee covers the cost of transporting and delivering your parcel. The international taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country so you will be responsible for paying the required taxes and duties upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment of fees. Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival or delivery. Please check your local government agency for these costs.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages (if applicable)

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card that will be emailed to your email address on file. For International Orders, if the package is refused, a refund will be processed less return shipping fees. We will do our best to get your package delivered, but we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments, including, but not limited to, if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Terms of Sale

All sales are subject to our Terms of Use  and Privacy Policy, as well as the terms and conditions of this Return Policy, which together constitute a binding contract. Merchandise is not intended for commercial resale or export; engaging in such activities will be deemed a breach of contract.

Change to Policies

We may change any of the above policies or practices at any time, which shall be binding when posted.
