Unemployment is up, home values are down and salaries are frozen. Meet one woman who says that she wants to get a divorce, but with the country's economic crisis, she can't afford to leave her spouse.

Cheated and Betrayed
Tracy, a stay-at-home mom, says she's reached a breaking point in her 13-year marriage to David. She says he hasn't paid the mortgage in two years and now their home is in foreclosure.

"My marriage is miserable. I feel so trapped."

Above the Law?

Tracy says the IRS is after her for $10,000 because David filed frivolous tax returns in her name. David says he doesn't want a divorce; he just wants his wife to trust him to get them out of their financial jam. Family attorney Areva Martin weighs in.

Should Tracy stay in the marriage, or should she take her kids and go?
