From PMS through pregnancy to menopause, hormones are a fact of life for all women " and the men they share their lives with. Dr. Phil and his wife, Robin, discuss how couples can ease the symptoms of PMS and perimenopause, the phase before menopause, and embrace the "change of life."
'A Towering Inferno'
Joe says when his wife, Debbie, goes through PMS, "she's like a towering inferno!" Debbie fears that if she doesn't get her PMS under control, she will permanently damage her marriage and her relationship with her children.
Theo says his wife, Lynn's, perimenopausal mood swings are so severe she's like Linda Blair in The Exorcist. Theo pleads, "Dr. Phil, I need help! I want to fix it and make it better for her, but I don't know what to do!"
