Krystal, 19, says she won't feel beautiful until she gets breast implants like her mother, Kristi, and her sister, Katie. Kristi and Katie are unhappy with their results and want more work done, but strongly object to Krystal getting surgery.

Diana believes the world is based on appearances and to succeed you must look good. She wants her 12-year-old daughter, Bri, to get extensive plastic surgery, so she will fit in among her peers when she gets to high school.

Kandance got breast implants when she was 19, against her parents' wishes. She wanted to have a model-perfect body, but what she got instead was a plastic surgery nightmare.
