From the outside, 74-year-old Sonia looks like a sweet little lady, but her daughters, Christina and Ginny, say what comes out of her mouth is mean and offensive.

They claim she spews racial slurs, gets in fights with neighbors and even insults the police. Ginny says she stopped talking to her mother two years ago, and Christina says she won’t allow Sonia to visit her 11-year-old grandson for fear of putting him in danger. Dr. Phil works to get to the bottom of what her daughters call Sonia’s "meanness." What does she say happened to her to make her so angry? And, Dr. Phil asks Ginny and Christina if they can acknowledge Sonia’s history so the family can reconcile instead of being estranged.
