“I have physically, verbally, and mentally abused my mom almost every day for the past five years," says 15-year-old Willow. "I feel like I’m a lava boiling up,”

The teen says when someone tells her “no,” she feels powerless, so she paces around, screams and punches. “If that doesn’t help, I go to violence – hitting, kicking, all that good stuff – and I hope I hurt them,” Willow says. “If you piss me off to the point where I couldn’t take it, I would probably have you in a headlock, and I wouldn’t even know I’m doing it until it’s over with.”

Does Willow want to change her behavior? And, what is she so angry about? Hear part of her conversation with Dr. Phil in the video above.

On Tuesday’s episode, "'My Teen is So Bad, I Called DCFS on Myself!'" hear why Willow’s mom, Marie, says she called DCFS on herself and is considering placing her daughter in foster care. Check local listings to see where you can watch.
