The 15-year-old says she loves designer clothes and handbags and shopping on Rodeo Drive, where she has purchased numerous brand-name items costing thousands of dollars on the credit card her mom provides for her. “I know I’m a spoiled brat, but I enjoy the lifestyle,” Nicolette says. “People are going to hate on me, but they wish they were me.”
Nicolette’s mom, Nina, admits that she has raised an “extravagant, spoiled and bratty” daughter. “Nicolette has always had the best of anything and everything,” she says.WATCH: Why Mom Says She Spoils 15-Year-Old Daughter, Gives Her Thousands Of Dollars
Nina says she realized Nicolette’s spending was out of control – sometimes she would spend $10,000 a month — so she decided to cut her allowance from $5,000 a month to $1,000, which she says did not go over well with the teen.
“I feel like a peasant. I can’t live like this anymore. I’m always out of money,” Nicolette says of her new allowance. “If you ask me, I think my mom should be giving me at least $2,500 a month, just to cover my basic expenses. I need money to buy clothes. I need money to buy shoes. My mom just doesn’t get it.”
