Marcedes says for the last seven years, she has been leading a double life that she kept secret from her family and friends. She recently revealed on social media that although she presents herself as leading the “picture-perfect life” with a loving husband and two young children, she is an escort and estimates she sleeps with up to 200 men a month for money, making up to $7,000 a week.

When her husband, Andrew, learned of her behavior – and that he is not the biological father of their youngest child -- he says he gave Marcedes a chance to be a mother to their children. But, he says he kicked her out of their home when she “broke the rules,” and he now wants full custody.

Marcedes’ sister and her good friend also say she is a compulsive liar and desperately needs help.

In the video above, Dr. Phil confronts Marcedes about her behavior, including drinking a bottle of vodka a day and being broke and homeless.

“If I had anything that I could manage, I would have managed my life,” she says. Turning to Andrew, she says, “I’m not a bad mom. My kids love me and I love them.”

Dr. Phil offers her advice. “Mother is both a noun and a verb,” he tells her. “You are a mother but you are not mothering at this point because you can’t give what you don’t have.”
