Jordan says she weighs 75 pounds because she is literally starving herself to death. She says she eats only one cup of cereal and a scoop of yogurt daily, and has gone days without eating at all. She also says she rarely uses body lotion on her severely dehydrated skin because she fears it may contain calories.

Although doctors have told her that her heart is enlarged and she could be close to death, the 23-year-old says she still wants to lose more weight.

“I do want to be 75 pounds, 70 pounds, but I don’t want to die, and I can’t have the best of both worlds,” she tells Dr. Phil in the video above from Monday’s episode.

“And what will be the victory in that?” Dr. Phil asks.

“Show how disciplined I can be and how I’m one of the best anorexics out there,” Jordan says.
