Vivica A. Fox has been in the entertainment industry for nearly four decades. Known for her work in both film and television, the actress, who describes herself as an “all around home-girl” currently has a recurring role on the hit TV series Empire, and is embarking on two new projects.

The first project is the publication of her new book from publisher St. Martin’s Press titled “Every Day I’m Hustling”, a motivational memoir that focuses on her career and relationships.

“I felt that it was finally time to share my journey,” says Fox noting the book isn’t just about her triumphs, but about the challenges she’s faced in her life.

“Every Day I’m Hustling” is available now, wherever books are sold.

Vivica's second venture is as host of the upcoming syndicated daytime panel talk show from CBS Television Distribution: Face The Truth. Produced by Jay McGraw’s Stage 29 Productions with both Jay McGraw and Phil McGraw (Dr. Phil ) serving as executive producers, the program address conflict and resolution in problems guests share with a panel of experts. 

“We will have guests on our show where – baby – we’re going to give it to them straight,” Vivica tells Dr. Phil on Tuesday’s episode. “We’re going to have them come on our show and Face the Truth. We’re going to offer them advice and also, if they want to get help, offer them help for their problems.”

Panelists include attorney Areva Martin, actress and motivational coach Rosie Mercado, Bar Rescue host Jon Taffer and psychologist, Dr. Judy Ho. Watch the video above for an exclusive preview of Face The Truth which is set to debut in Fall, 2018.
