Patricia says she and her mom, Nerissa, were in line at a fast-food drive-through when they were rear-ended. They say the man then drove alongside them, called them a racial slur and threatened to kill them. They claim he then physically attacked Nerissa and her husband, Gabriel, when he arrived at the parking lot where they were waiting for the police – an incident Patricia was able to record on video.
