Noema Alavez Perez says that she doesn’t know what happened to her missing 5-year-old daughter, Dulce Alavez, but she believes she is still alive.
TELL DR. PHIL YOUR STORY: Are you involved in a story making headlines?
Dulce reportedly disappeared from a New Jersey park on September 16, 2019, as Noema and her younger sister sat in a car nearby. Noema says a few minutes after her daughter and 3-year-old son left her sight at the park, she went to find them, but Dulce had vanished.
“Yes,” Noema replies.
