The following day, the former star of MTV’s Jackass, who acknowledges a history of substance abuse, recorded and posted several videos to his Instagram account.

“I’ve seen 28 doctors; I’ve been to four rehabs. I need Dr. Phil,” he says.

“When I see a young man that’s in trouble and asking for help - my ears prick up,” says Dr. Phil in the video above.
