Over the last year, Mel has lost 80 pounds and 63 inches following Dr. Phil’s The 20/20 Diet. Along the way, she also had the support of physical trainer and nutritionist Robert Reames, who has been coaching her over the phone and through video conference.

“This guy changed my life. He motivated me. He scheduled workouts for me. He made sure that I was eating on point, and he just really changed my life,” Mel says. “He was there for me these past 12 months.”
