Friends of former child Star Orlando Brown say they’re concerned for the actor, and begged Dr. Phil to get him treatment. They say the former Disney Channel star is homeless, self-medicating, and needs professional help.

The 30-year-old admits he used to drink heavily and abused both marijuana and crystal meth in the past, and despite his friends and managers saying he is using drugs, he claims he’s been sober for four years.

“I think there’s a real good chance that what you’ve been through has caused you to have some neurological disruptions,” Dr. Phil tells Orlando in the video above, noting that some of the actor’s thinking appears to be confused.

On Friday’s episode, Orlando’s friend and manager Solomon Barron says, “He’s burned so many bridges no one wants to deal with him. If you can’t help, he does not have a chance.”
