Roxanne Lewis-Randall says she still hasn’t accepted the loss of her son, Lincoln. In July 2016, the Oklahoma toddler died from “a non-accidental blunt force trauma of the head” that doctors told her had fractured his skull from his eyebrow to his spine. The 19-month-old’s death was ruled a homicide and his mother’s boyfriend, Bert Franklin, a 35-year-old dentist from Tulsa has been charged with first-degree murder. He denies killing the child. His trial is tentatively scheduled for September 2017.
