Sky claims that her husband, Josh, has been physical with her and faked injuries so he could have her arrested for domestic violence. She claims that while she was in jail, Josh attempted to drain her bank account, and stole her identity so that he could open up credit cards in her name

Josh admits to taking the money and using it to gamble. He says he was hoping to win enough to buy them a new home.

“That’s pretty calculating,” says Dr. Phil to Josh on Tuesday’s episode. “Let, let me ask you something. You don’t seem like that evil of a guy. Are you doing drugs?” “I am a recovering meth user,” says Josh. When does he say he used drugs last? This episode airs Tuesday.
