Niki says that she and her fiancé, Jessey, occasionally sleep in their van; and she admits to having prostituted herself to earn money for drugs for the two of them. She says she’s had almost no prenatal care
but wants help getting clean so that her baby won’t be born addicted.
“I’ve been at this 40 years, and you, girl – are circling the drain,” Dr. Phil tells Niki after reviewing her history of attempts to get sober in various rehabilitation facilities.
