          November 9, 2017

Jody and Mike say their daughter, Michelle, used to be a well-behaved honor roll student. But now, they claim she drinks, uses drugs, dates older men and is a habitual runaway.

TELL DR. PHIL YOUR STORY: Know someone with outrageous behavior?

The couple admits they spoiled the now 14-year-old while she was growing up and they believe that may be contributing to her behavior. At their wits’ end with how to parent their daughter, they turn to Dr. Phil for help

Dr. Phil offers his insights. “I often hear people say that, you know, ‘My child was just wonderful until somebody just flipped a switch,’” he says. “I have never seen a child go to bed an angel and wake up a demon.”
