Traci says she might abuse alcohol at times – but that’s only because her kids treat her “like garbage,” and she’s trying to numb the way they make her feel. Her daughters, Ashley and Marena, and her son, Tony, claim that when Traci drinks, she is mean, judgmental, and a danger to herself and others.

Traci admits that she drinks six days a week, has driven while under the influence, and once accidentally cut off part of her finger during a night of drinking.

“I need better coping skills, because that’s not how I want to be,” she says.

“You’re putting your health and well-being at risk,” says Dr. Phil.
