Anna Gristina made national headlines and was dubbed the “New York Soccer Mom Madam” when she was arrested and accused of running a multi-million dollar prostitution empire – that catered to high-profile clients -- out of an Upper East Side apartment. After being at the center of a five-year undercover investigation and spending four months in jail, the married mother, wearing an ankle monitoring device, sat down exclusively with Dr. Phil to address the accusations against her. She claimed her business was a matchmaking company and there was nothing illegal about it. Gristina said she was wrongly targeted by investigators who were “out to get her.”

However, three weeks later, Gristina shockingly pleaded guilty to one count of promoting prostitution. She says she took the plea deal to protect certain people close to her — and because in the eyes of the law, she says she did promote prostitution.

Gristina's husband, Kelvin, said he was angry at his wife's high-profile friends, whom he said turned their backs on his wife. Kelvin stood by his wife and said he believed she was innocent.

It’s been four years since Dr. Phil last spoke with Gristina, but she’s still making headlines. Most recently, she claimed she supplied Charlie Sheen with women before his HIV diagnosis and that he offered a lot of money not to use protection.

Now, Kelvin is speaking out to Dr. Phil. Watch the video above to find out why he says he feels he owes Dr. Phil an apology. This episode airs Thursday. Check here to see where you can tune in and see more updates.
