Fox NFL Reporter Jay Glazer Discusses His Battle With Depression And Anxiety
Fox NFL reporter, MMA coach and actor Jay Glazer says that behind his energetic public persona, he battles daily with depression and anxiety. Glazer says he's suffered in silence for too long, so he is sharing his experience in his new book, Unbreakable: How I Turned My Depression and Anxiety Into Motivation and You Can Too.
“It’s hard. It’s painful. It’s really painful. I feel like my soul is gray. It’s a visceral response. It’s a physical thing for me,” Glazer tells Dr. Phil about his depression. “Instead of me letting this beast beat me, I use it to motivate me.”
On Friday’s episode, "'Pretty Panicked: Are My Parents My Triggers?'," hear how Glazer says he gets out of the “gray,” and the three pillars he lives by. Check local listings to see where you can watch.
