“When Tessa was 14, my daughter told me if I didn’t take this girl tomorrow, she was sticking her in a foster home. She was good for two weeks, and after that, it just turned into a nightmare,” says Bonnie, adding, “I realized I needed to send her home.”

Tessa says that her mother, Theresa, did send her to foster care. Tessa’s aunt, Tracey, claims that Theresa grew up behaving much the same way that Tessa is behaving, and that Bonnie sent Theresa to foster care when she was 7 years old.
