Recently, when David picked up Danielle from the local jail after she was arrested for public intoxication, cameras were there to record the exchange between them.

When David asks Danielle to tell him how she got arrested, she claims it was because she yelled at the officers and “flipped the cop off.” Later, riding in her father’s truck, she elaborates. “Whenever I see any cops, I straight up - I don’t care,” says the 21-year-old.

“I’ll say what I want to them because I have the freedom of speech for that.” Continuing, she says, “Even if I had been sober, straight up, I would have acted the same way. I would have cussed out the cops. I don’t care for authority.”

David claims his daughter has had emotional challenges and anger issues from the time he and her mother divorced when Danielle was a young girl. He also claims she began having more serious issues around the age of 7.

“We tried to get her help,” he says. “She was put on medication that really messed her up a lot, so she just withdrew. She was uncooperative, and it just continued.”
