“I’ve always been fun, happy, energetic, enthusiastic, love life, love people,” says Eleni.
However, the former Los Angeles Laker cheerleader says that because of challenging experiences over the last few years, including losing her parents, mother-in-law, dog, and her job, and being diagnosed with an illness, she’s changed.

“I’ve got depression, anxiety. I’m shaky. I’m edgy. I find it difficult not to cry every day,” Eleni says.
“Eleni’s really had a series of things happen to her over these last two years. She just really hasn’t caught a break,” her husband Ted adds. “I’ve tried to stand by her and console her, but sometimes, it just doesn’t feel like enough. Like, I feel helpless.”
