He says he’s been suffering from anxiety his whole life and started going to therapy seven years ago. “When you’re sitting with a therapist, you start unpacking things that you didn’t even realize was there,” he continues, adding that that was the inspiration for his latest book. “One of the easiest ways for me to even deal with the things I’m dealing with is to talk about it.”
