How A Suspect Was Finally Apprehended 12 Years After He Allegedly Began Raping Young Women
Fayetteville, North Carolina police say that they searched for 12 years to find a man accused of being the Ramsey Street Rapist. Last year, there was a huge break in the case, when, using DNA, police identified 43-year-old Darold Wayne Bowden as the man who allegedly stalked and sexually assaulted college women along a stretch of street in Fayetteville between 2006 and 2008.
